What is the key to our children's faith?
Series: Stand Alone
Today is Father’s Day. It’s a day that gives us an opportunity to celebrate our fathers and the father figures in our life. It is also a day for us to consider how fathers should lead their family’s. Recent research shows that fathers play an important role in the life of the family. Their presence and leadership are necessary. While being present in the home and in the life of our kids is important, we are called to do more than to just be present. We are called to lead in a specific way. A way in which I believe many fathers are failing.
How are we to lead, fathers? What is the result of our failure? The answers to these questions will reveal the key to our children’s faith.
