How can you experience true hope?

When we consider the brokenness that we encounter not only in our own community but in the world at large each and every day. For many of us, it’s that brokenness that pushes us to search for something more. Something that will give us hope and meaning. So we apply for a new job, we seek out a new relationship, we move to a new city hoping a fresh start will finally give us what we want and need. But time and time again, we end up walking away disappointed. And that’s because this broken world can’t give us what we need.

When that happens, when our hopes are dashed, we don’t need to keep running to the next best thing, we don’t need another fresh start. Instead, what we need is an encounter that gives us eyes to see in an upside down world. Find out more about that encounter in this week’s message.
